KEEP CALM AND STAY CENTERED
At home, at work, in the car, in the supermarket – indeed anywhere we deal with other people, we can face situations that make our hackles rise and our hearts beat a little faster.
When faced with such a ‘situation’, how you respond affects your entire being. Regardless of who’s right and who’s wrong, you don’t have to engage. In most situations, it’s better if you don’t.
Let it go. Don’t engage. Don’t rise to the challenge. Treat it like an annoying pesky fly that you brush away, and don’t give it a second thought. There are far more important ways to spend your precious time and energy than getting involved in some pointless argument.
Concentrate on your breathing. Centre yourself. Refocus. Chew some grass. See how much better you feel.
